Low purchasing power, vacancies and competition in the conurbation: Gelsenkirchen's city center needs transformation. We prepare the feasibility study, involve the urban community and develop an operational roadmap plus city center profile.
Quickborn wants to strengthen its city center and local supply locations in a targeted manner. To this end, we are developing a strong retail and gastronomy concept with a clear settlement and acquisition strategy for five central locations in the town.

Hamburg is strengthening the dialog between clubs, neighborhoods and administration with the "Nightlife & Neighborhood" round table. We at Stadtmanufaktur are designing the content and coordinating the implementation of the new dialog format.
