With more than 20 years of experience in language and communication, culture and media, project management and strategic narratives, Isabell Köster supports cities and organizations in unleashing their potential. As a consultant at Stadtmanufaktur, she also focuses on the development of cultural and tourism strategies.

“My goal is to make a difference through good and creative advice,”explains the Hamburg native.

Isabell Köster is also particularly interested in working with children and young people: As board member of What do you think? e.V. She is committed to philosophizing with children and young people – in order to promote selfand democratic education of young people.

“Interestingly, there is a connection between my work for cities and philosophizing with children: In both areas, listening is a crucial skill.”
